I have tried all of the remedies in the "help" area such as going to the "safety" button and "deleting the the browsing history" and going to the "tools" button and then to Internet Options and then deleting history that way.
However, nothing works. Select "Delete Browsing History. Click the boxes next to the types of files you want to delete so check marks appear. Click "Delete.
Open Google Chrome. Click the Chrome menu button in the top-right corner of the Google Chrome toolbar. Click the "Clear Browsing History" box so that a check mark appears.
