So far everything seems to be working fine. I highly recommend Sierra Pacific for your home needs. Other unit was more than 20 years old and we were having lot of issues. Sierra Pacific gave me a very competitive estimate and they have the brand and model I was looking for. They have a big pamphlet with the pictures and features of all the units available. It was easy to make a decison. Once we signed the contract, they gave me the date of installation.

Three gentlemen started early morning and they were done by the end of the day. This was a big job and we were expecting at least two days. After the completion they explain me everything about the new units.

This thing is working like a dream for me since then. I've used Sierra Pacific a few times for maintenance and repair. They do a great job. Their technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. Sierra Pacific repairman Carlos came on time and found the problem and ordered the part. Before he left he did what he could to repair the system.
