I have turned off McAfee, I have done the manual system config deletion mentioned above, I have tried using the trouble shooter tool which says its fixes problems and then nothing installs, I have tried manual one by one install, I have tried the catroot solution. I have 20 windows updates that won't install, and prior to trying all these solutions last being system recovery it was at about 9.
