Internet explorer opens two windows when i click on anything

Even changing file explorer to open up in quick access it still opens up in my pc. Something odd is going on here. Joined Feb 19, Messages 18, How about you uninstall Classic Shell until you figure it out?

I didn't think classic shell would do something like this to windows explorer. I'll figure it out. Looks like it's not classic shell. Windows explorer is funky.
